The Atmosphere:

Club Café has high ceilings with large windows covered in black drapes, blood red walls, booth seating and black and white checkerboard floors giving it a 50's dance hall appeal. There's a lot of style that sets an extremely comfortable vibe.

Seating is ample, both upstairs on the balcony where you can have dinner or downstairs with booth seating and a couple of tables and chairs. The food is great, but the full menu isn't always available, it seems to be night-dependent.

The sound system is great (you can actually hear the lyrics over the drums!) The stage is large and the lighting is good. The music styles range from eclectic to pop/rock but the styles aren't limited; we've seen all types here.

The large club next door is a private room, usually rented out by promoters. The room is huge, with a large bar right in the middle of it all and a catwalk looming overhead. The room is painted a reddish pink and there's a couch or two off in the corner. We can only imagine that a party in this room is out of control.

What you should know:

While Fais Do Do is somewhat exclusive in their style, they don't turn people away. The people that work there are friendly. The food is awesome, and in terms of a night club that serves food, this would be fine dining.

Parking Situation:

Parking is available across the street from the club. It was $2.00 on Monday, but we're guessing it's more on the weekends. The club's atmosphere spills out to the parking lot with their "art garden," worth mentioning. The neighborhood is run down and the lighting is poor with residential housing across the street.
