In what might be described as a cross between a coffee shop and country style store, the Coffee Junction offers its patrons a chance to relax and take in the atmosphere.

Find a table and order a coffee, iced coffee, ice tea, hot chocolate or maybe a fruit smoothie. Need a snack, you'll find muffins, cookies, fruit and more at the counter.

Coffee Junction has live music 5 to 7 nights a week featuring local acoustic artists performing right near the front counter. A small 8 channel PA with 2 microphones and a piano ensure that everyone can hear the music.

Have you been looking for the perfect gift for a friend or relative? They probably have something creative to get here. Purchasable items range from coffee paraphernalia to custom gift baskets, candles, rain stick and wind chimes to decorative knick-knacks of all sorts.

Coffee Junction has a computer with free Internet access and plans to install a wireless network so others can enjoy the experience.

What you should know:

Coffee Junction has been under the same great management for 11+ years. The community atmosphere is what makes its personality thrive. Due to the popularity of their Sunday open mic, they decided to add a second open mic on Thursdays.

C.J. stopped having live music in late 2002, but may continue to have shows from time to time. If you're going for live music, you should give them a call before heading down!

Parking Situation:

Parking shouldn't be a problem. Coffee Junction shares ample free parking with neighboring businesses. The neighborhood is good, mostly businesses and is located right beside the Ventura freeway.
