Burningdown   |   CD "4 Song EP"   |   Track 4 "Remember"
Description:
It's kind of hard to believe someone hasn't snatched up this group and signed them. The bands got a great vibe, alternative rock sound, with a good solid singer, that puts it in just the right space. I've heard it described as Goo Goo Dolls meets Hoobastank, but I think the band goes a little more Hoobastank then Goo Goo Dolls. One thing that is undeniable is that they write a good tune that you want to listen to again!

Trevor Lissauer & the Glass Plastiks   |   CD "demo"   |   Track 1 "5 A.M."
Description:
Trevor Lissauer and the Glass Plastiks nail this tune! Trevor's got a warm voice that holds your attention and the song gets moving with a vibe that doesn't let go. The guys are definitely taking the eclectic route in their writing, but just naturally enough to give it the crossover possibility. "5 A.M." is a great start to Trevor Lissauer and a natural progression to what you can expect live.

The Kristoffer Carter Show   |   CD "The Salvation EP"   |   Track 1 "Over That Now"
Description:
Wow, this little ditty is something of a quirky expression. The only thing wrong with this tune is that it just goes to quick, just shy of two and a half minutes, you have to go back and listen again. There's no doubt that this song showcases Kristoffer's voice and songwriting. This is a hip feel good song that won't disappoint. No verbal previews here, just enjoy the tune… you will.

The Sane   |   CD "pre-album"   |   Track #? "Ghost"
Description:
The band formerly known as "the Trace" is known for catchy tunes. "Ghost" is a preview of the up and coming album that they're to release as "the Sane." This tune shows off the influences in their music, ranging from U2, Coldplay to Radiohead, but one thing is uniquely accurate about the Sane, they sound like "the Sane." Musically this is a great step for the group, and we can't wait to hear the rest of the record.

Curtis Murphy   |   CD "pre-album"   |   Track #? "Smoke & Mirrors"
Description:
The latest by Curtis Murphy won't disappoint. Smoke & Mirrors locks into that laid back vibe that seems influenced by artists like the Beach Boys, but in a more up to date kind of way. There's an element of the singer / songwriter touch, a more intimate and personal approach to this tune, with just the right touch of movement. This tunes got a great melody, and shows off Curtis's unique voice, warm, yet quirky.
